David Turner – Managing Director
David established MSC Digital from the original team who delivered the award-winning Cabinet Office Technology Transformation (COTT) programme in 2014.
Since then he has specialised in transforming the way technology helps to deliver public services, and has successfully delivered major cloud technology transformation programmes to nine government departments.
David has also served in interim Deputy Director, Director and Chief Technology Officer roles with Cabinet Office, BEIS and the Ministry of Justice and is recognised in the Whitehall DDaT community as a passionate advocate for improving technology and digital services to deliver a transformed experience for citizens and civil servants while reducing the cost to the taxpayer and government.
