Data Back-Up, Data Restoration and Disaster Recovery
Where our consultants use infrastructure, systems and information provided by our clients, it is typically the client’s policies and procedures that prevail.
Our consultants are supported by our own systems (up to and including OFFICIAL) and our consultant’s laptops and mobile devices and our core systems are backed up and patched regularly.
Our Business Continuity Plan ensures we can continue to provide services to our clients in any event.
Privacy by Design
We have worked with our government and public sector clients to ensure their systems are ready for EU GDPR regulations and we ensure cloud platforms and digital solutions we propose are fully GDPR compliant.
MSC Digital holds basic contact data for our clients. We do not host any of your individual project based personal data on our systems.
We do not process the personal data of EU Citizens and do not conduct unsolicited marketing or share client data with other suppliers.
